Epoxy Castings and Insulators

We are a name of reputed involved in manufacturing and supply of epoxy insulators, which have earned wide appreciation from our global clients. These best quality insulators are fabricated by pressure gelation & vacuum filling process and used for furnace transformers. Driven by customer focused approach, we can provide these insulators in  different shapes & sizes as per clients' requirements. 

We have the following insulators for 11 kv:

• 130 mm height: Diameter of 61, 75, 95 mm
• 127 mm height: Diameter of 61, 75, 95 mm
• Brass or MS inserts of any suitable size can be embedded

We have developed our core competence in manufacturing and export of superior quality epoxy bushings for furnace transformers. These bushings are fabricated using pressure gelation and vacuum filling process with appropriate reinforcement in flanges for extra strength. We hold expertise in offering these epoxy bushings in different shapes and sizes as per the specifications laid down by our clients.

We have the following transformer bushings:

1.1 Kv: 1100 Amps, 2150 Amps, 3300 Amps

We are equipped with an APG ( Automatic Pressure Gelation) system capable of manufacturing very high quality epoxy casting & bushing used as insulators / bushing in Electrical systems.


We are currently capable of manufacturing 11 KV, 28 KV 33 KV Insulators & Bushings. Appropriate electrical & mechanical tests are conducted based on the client's requirements, at certified laboratories, besides the regular testing at our works during inspection.
